Gradka Worldwide Company has been operating in the Oil & Gas industry as a sole proprietorship company since 2004 up until 2007 when it was upgraded to a Limited Liability Company.

Facilities
Gradka has its main technical operations office and warehouse in Port Harcourt. Part of the warehouse is also used to stock materials and Drilling Fluid products for supply to operators in southern Nigeria.
